Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of ProWorks Freeport Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
ProWorks Freeport Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and will be performed in accordance with industry standards.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change based on project scope, material costs, and site conditions. We will inform you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For ongoing maintenance contracts, written notice of 30 days is required for termination.
Property Access
You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the areas where services will be performed. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any obstacles are removed. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden objects not marked or disclosed prior to work.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials come with a 30-day warranty against defects, provided that proper care instructions are followed. Hardscaping and installation work is guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship. Natural events such as extreme weather, pest damage, or neglect are not covered.
Liability
ProWorks Freeport Landscaping carries general liability insurance. We take every precaution to protect your property, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by hidden hazards, or issues resulting from your failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
Weather and Delays
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to complete work within the agreed timeframe and will communicate any significant delays.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
